Items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact. Products that are worn, altered, damaged, washed, or customized cannot be returned. Items showing signs of use beyond an initial inspection are considered non-returnable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days after approval; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Estimated transit times typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). Including processing time, the total expected timeframe is approximately 5–9 business days.

All orders include tracking. A dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number and instructions will be sent once the order has been shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact info@corvantel.com and provide:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
The store will offer either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with consumer rights.
